Troubleshooting reference for errors and issues encountered during device migration.

Resolve migration errors on your own using the articles below. Each article is tied to a KB ID (for example, KB-022208) that may appear in portal logs or support correspondence.

How to find your article

  1. Note the error message on the device or the module name in the Opsole portal migration log.
  2. Open the matching article from the table below, or use Search (Ctrl+K) with the KB ID or a keyword from the error.
  3. Follow Diagnosis, then Resolution, and Recovery Steps in order.
  4. If the issue persists after all steps, use When to Contact Support in that article.
